100% of orders are shipped within one to two business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Store Policy
Exchange & Refund:
You change your mind! Colour is not the right one for your skin tone, no need to panic, Yasmin Foulard offers you an exchange or a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process whether your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase in the refund case.
Although we do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns, the shipping fee will be deducted.
Please Note: Yasmin Foulard is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. For any exchanges, shipments are not dispatched until your shipment is in transit. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
